Add a manufacturer
The single source of truth for the compatibility pipeline — replacing the shared spreadsheet, so we stop duplicating outreach to the same contacts. Manufacturer → Contact → Inverter → Equipment → Test → Result → Compatibility Letter → Joint Marketing → Distributor/International Opportunities. Note "test result" (our own testing) is tracked separately from "manufacturer confirmed" (their formal sign-off) — those aren't the same thing commercially.
